Obituary of Auden Gonzalez

Funeral services for Auden R. Gonzalez, 31, of Jal, NM, will be held on Tuesday, February 9, 2021 at 10:00 am at St. Cecilia Catholic Church in Jal with Father Christopher Amojo officiating. Burial will follow at Jal Cemetery. Auden was born on July 13, 1989 in Hobbs, NM to Angel Gonzalez and Susana Ramos and passed away on January 31, 2021. He attended school at Jal graduating from Jal High School. Auden was a very hard working young man and he enjoyed traveling and singing. Music was of great importance to him. He liked to play golf, was a great basketball player, enjoyed dancing, floating the river and being a comedian. He was upbeat, always smiling and loved making friends. Auden loved his family, especially his son, always putting them first. He will be greatly missed. Surviving him is his parents: Angel Gonzalez and Susana Ramos of Jal; one son: Roman Gonzalez of Jal; two brothers: Alfredo Gonzalez of Jal and Angel Gonzalez and wife Jasmine of San Angelo; one sister: Yesenia and husband James Locklar of Jal and other extended family and friends.
