I grew up in the Knowles Community and went to Lovington High School where I met Steve in the FFA program. We became good friends and attended many classes together and graduated together in 1976. I spent a lot of time with Steve and his family at their farm and I have a lot of good memories of those times. My visits to Lovington always included a visit to the Wier family farm.
