Obituary of Luis T Sanchez

Luis Torres Sanchez was called home to be with the Lord on September 20, 2021. Luis was born in Mexico D.F. on August 15, 1945 to Dionicio Sanchez Losoya and Rafaela Torres Garcia. Luis met and fell in love with Irma A. Arreola and married on December 27, 1985. He worked various jobs in commercial construction. Luis enjoyed working in the yard, cooking, and spending time with his grandkids. He is survived by his wife Irma of the home and four non-biological children and six grandchildren. Pam Quinones and husband Jaime of Lovington, John Dunlap of Lovington, Christy Williams and husband Michael of Las Cruces, Victoria Garcia and husband Lupe of Lovington; his sister Rafaela Sanchez Quiroga of Lovington; six grandchildren Brook Quinones, Noah Williams, Christian Williams, Ezra Dunlap, Evan Dunlap and Darien Soto-Natividad, and numerous nieces and nephews. Services will be at New Beginnings Church on September 29, 2021 at 10:00 am. with Gilbert Arreola and Al Arreola officiating. Burial will follow at Lovington Cemetery.
