Obituary of Reyes Pando Rey

Funeral services for Reyes Pando Rey, 84, of Lovington will be held on Thursday, December 15, 2022 at 10:00 am at Kirby-Ratliff Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Matt Keller officiating. Burial will follow at Lovington Cemetery. Reyes was born on January 6, 1938 in Manuel Benavides, Chihuahua, Mexico to Carlos and Cleofas (Leyva) Pando and passed away on December 9, 2022. Reyes liked to bake, cook, crochet, sew, and doing puzzles. She would like to make quilts and clothes. She sang and played board games. .She loved reading her Bible. Reyes had a great sense of humor. She was preceded in death by her parents: Carlos and Cleofas Pando; her husband: Helidoro Lolo; four brothers: Domingo Pando Sr., Atilano Pando, Salvador Pando, and Carlos Pando ll; two sisters: Esperanza Rodriguez and Frances Perales, and one grandson: Daniel Rey. She is survived by four sons: Enrique Rey and wife Armida of Hobbs, Heliodoro Rey Jr. and wife Debbie of Ft. Worth, Carlos Rey and wife Brenda of Farmington, and Tony Rey and wife Delma of Roswell; three daughters: Enedina and husband Ramon Acosta, of Las Cruces, Mary Ann Rey of Hobbs, and Carolina and husband Johnny Lopez of Hobbs; two sisters: Cruz Tarin of Odessa and Adelaida Moreno of Midland; and numerous grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren.
