Herb was an outstanding citizen of Lovington. I had the joy of knowing him and Sammy for over 15 years! Herb was the designer behind all the plaques and trophy’s for the Big Blue Band while I was director. Herb was good to support the Big Blue and was always ready to tell a story or two when he saw you. I was blessed to know him and am sorry for hear of his passing. May he rest in peace!
