Obituary of Maria D. Baeza

Maria D. Baeza January 06, 1929 - November 16, 2016 Funeral services for Maria D. Baeza, 87, of Lovington, NM will be held on Monday, November 21, 2016 at 1:00 pm at Kirby-Smith-Rogers Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Iran Ramos officiating. Burial will follow at Lovington Cemetery. Ms. Baeza was born in Ojinaga, Chihuahua, Mexico on January 6, 1929 to Pablo and Francisca (Hernandez) Baeza and passed away in Lubbock, TX on November 16, 2016. She enjoyed sewing and making clothes, and spending her time with family. She liked to cook for her family and was totally devoted to her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She was a loving mother and grandmother. She was preceded in death by her parents; two brothers and two sisters. Surviving her are one son: Manuel Baeza of Hobbs, NM and two daughters: Elena Valenzuela and Silvia Tabarez, both of Lovington; two brothers and one sister; and many precious grandchildren and great-grandchildren: Edghar, Kristal, Coco, Obbye, Ericka, Eloy, Monica, Mareya, Many, Daisy, Ruby, Samuel, Jonathan, Angilee, Arya, Alexis, Tony, Noah, Braxtyn, Sofia, Anaveth and Amaya.
