Billy "Bill" Littlejohn April 28, 1941 - March 02, 2008 Funeral services for Billy “Bill” Littlejohn, 66, of Hobbs, NM will be 2:00 pm Thursday, March 6, 2008 at Jackson Avenue Baptist Church with Brother Mack McCarthick and Brother Jim Stephens officiating. Burial will follow at Lovington Cemetery. Mr. Littlejohn was born on April 28, 1941 in Texas. He passed away on March 2, 2008 in Hobbs, NM. He married Linda Fisher Littlejohn on July 8, 1961 in Lovington, NM. Mr. Littlejohn was a former resident of Lovington for approximately 40 years and had lived in Hobbs for the past 12 years. He was employed by Bo Monk Tubing & Testing He loved going to the mountains, four-wheeling, and he loved his family. He is survived by his wife, Linda of the home; one son, Gary Littlejohn of Lovington, NM; one daughter, Cristi and husband Richard Pyle of Cedar Hill, TX; four brothers, Art and wife Barbara Littlejohn of Fort Worth, TX, Gene and wife Judy Littlejohn of Murfreesboro, TN, Allen and wife Cheryl Littlejohn of Hobbs, NM and Rick and wife Kathy Littlejohn of Hobbs, NM; four grandchildren and one great-grandson. He was preceded in death by his parents, Norman and Edith Littlejohn; one sister, Ann Smith.
