Obituary of Sandra Arlene McMahan

Sandra Arlene McMahan July 21, 1946 - November 24, 2009 Funeral services for Sandra Arlene McMahan, 63, of Lovington, will be held on Saturday, November 28, 2009 at 2:00 pm at Kirby-Smith-Rogers Funeral Home Chapel with burial to follow at Lovington Cemetery. Rosary will be Friday, November 27th at 7:00 pm at Kirby-Smith-Rogers Chapel. Sandra was born in Merkel, Texas on July 21, 1946 to William Edward & Isadora (Rials) McKee and passed away on November 24, 2009 in Lubbock, TX. She married Ronald McMahan in Lovington on January 29, 1965 after graduating from Lovington High School. She was very family oriented and enjoyed sewing, crafts, and crocheting. She won ribbons on her jellies that she entered in the Lea County Fair and also worked at Alco for a few years. She was an accomplished carpenter. She was preceded in death by her parents, one daughter, Toni McMahan and one sister, Janice Shadden. She is survived by her husband of 44 years, Ronald; two sons: Ronald Frank and wife Lisa McMahan of Kaufman, TX; Justin Lark and wife Catherine McMahan of Levelland, TX and one daughter Stephanie Arlene Golleher of Lovington, and seven Grandchildren: Chantry & Conner McMahan of Kaufman, TX; Bret & Jared Golleher of Lovington, NM; and Anson, Ryeton and Georgia McMahan of Levelland, TX.
