Adelina "Nina" Navarrette October 27, 1976 - November 04, 2014 Funeral services for Adelina “Nina” Navarrette, 38, of Jal, NM will be held on Saturday, November 8, 2014 at 2:00 pm at Jal High School Auditorium in Jal, NM with P.J. Parker officiating. Burial will follow at Jal Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of Kirby-Smith-Rogers Funeral Home. Nina was born on October 27, 1976 in Coyame, Chihuahua, Mexico to Rodrigo and Juana Navarrette and passed away in Odessa, Texas on November 4, 2014. She was employed by Tractor Supply in Odessa, TX. If you ever knew her. She was bold. She was brave. She was an artist. She was hilarious. She was smart-beautiful-kind-but not to be underestimated because she could hold her own. She would have your back at all cost. She is a daughter, sister, aunt, and friend. She was Nina Navarrette. And to all who knew her she was so much more. Most of all she was loved and will be greatly missed. Nina was survived by her parents of Jal, NM; five brothers: Rigo and wife Lola Navarrette of Odessa, TX, Juan and Luis Navarrette of Coyame, Mexico, Fermin Navarrette of Dallas, TX and Gerald Navarrette of Jal; four sisters: Irma and husband Jeff Owen, Nancy Navarrette and Cristina Navarrette all of Jal and Delma Navarrette of Andrews, TX; and a host of nieces and nephews and friends. Visitation will be held on Friday, November 7, 2014 at 6:00 pm at Jal High School Auditorium.
