Watch the Tribute Arcilia Payen July 23, 2011 Funeral Services for Arcilia Payen, 55, of Lovington, NM will be on Wednesday, July 27, 2011 at 10:00am at 3rd and Central Church of Christ with Bro. Ildefonso Cepeda officiating. Burial will follow at Lovington Cemetery. Arcilia was born on May 29, 1956 in San Carlos, Chihuahua to Juan Garcia and Hermeregilda (Acosta) Garcia and passed away at Heart Hospital in Lubbock, TX on July 23, 2011. Arcilia was a loving mother who loved laughing and spending time with her children. She was a great cook, and a good friend who also enjoyed knitting and sunflowers. Above all else, she was a great mother. She is survived by her mother, two sons, Saulo and Simon, two daughters, Amabilia and Margarita, and two grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her father, one brother, Bernabe Garcia, and one son, Sergio Payen. Visitation for Arcilia will be on Tuesday, July 26, 2011 at Kirby-Smith-Rogers Chapel from 8am-8pm.
