Obituary of Debbie Elaine Rios

Debbie Elaine Rios December 24, 1961 - October 06, 2017 Funeral services for Debbie Elaine Rios, 55, of Lovington, NM will be held on Tuesday, October 10, 2017 at 10:00 am at First Baptist Church with Arthur Sanchez, Pastor of House of Prayer officiating. Burial will follow at Lovington Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of Kirby-Smith-Rogers Funeral Home. Mrs. Rios was born in Roswell, NM on December 24, 1961 to Clifton E. and Joy Evelyn (Crow) Willeford and passed away on October 6, 2017 at her residence in Lovington. Debbie grew up in Sacramento, California and married Pablo “Bobby” Rios in Lovington on November 8, 1980 and they have shared thirty-seven years of life and love together. She loved music and sang many specials at Church and especially at Hobbs First Assembly Church. Debbie had a great sense of humor and was very good at sports, cooking, and enjoyed flowers and of course, shopping and she liked keeping a tidy home. She was employed for ten plus years as Purchasing Agent for Haarmeyer Electric. Her greatest joy was her family, grandson and dogs, (fur babies) Joy and Peete. She loved the Lord and spent a lot of time reading her Bible. She was preceded in death by her parents. Surviving her is her husband Pablo “Bobby” Rios of Lovington; one son: Erik Rios of Lovington; one daughter: Nicole and husband Bradley Henderson of Houston, TX; two brothers: Cliff Willeford and Eddie Willeford both of Sacramento, CA; six sisters: Sandra and husband Mike Gray of Clovis, NM; Sherry Willeford of Revere, Minn; Karen and husband Freddie Baggett of Lovington, Dora Kinny of Lovington; Vickie and husband Charlie Knight of Burney, CA; Tammy and husband Barney Doporto of Mansfield, TX; one grandson: Sawyer Henderson of Houston, TX and numerous relatives and friends.
