Obituary of Nead Falcon Rogers

Watch the Tribute Nead Falcon Rogers September 29, 1932 - June 06, 2012 Funeral services for Nead Falcon Rogers, 79, of Lovington, NM will be held on Friday, June 8, 2012 at 10:00 am at Kirby-Smith-Rogers Funeral Home Chapel with Jaron Graham officiating. Burial will follow at Lovington Cemetery. Mr. Rogers was born in Tyler, Texas on September 29, 1932 to Santos and Lena (Falcon) Rogers and passed away at his home on June 6, 2012. He moved to Lovington 23 years ago and was a farmer and he also worked as a roustabout for Clyde’s Pumping Service before his retirement. He was a dedicated family man and enjoyed visiting, music and dancing. He was preceded in death by his parents, one son: Tommy Rogers and three daughters: Neddy, Sylvia and Gloria Rogers. He is survived by his wife, Maria, of the home; six sons: Ned U. Rogers, Johnny Rogers, Ned F. Rogers Jr and Bobby Rogers, all of Texas, Joe Rogers of Lovington, and Michael Rogers of Hobbs; four daughters: Patricia Stapleton-Dickenson of Texas; Christina Rogers, Rosa Linda Moreno and Jessica Quintana, all of Lovington. Also a sister: Gloria Salazar of Brownsville, TX; 30 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren. Visitation will be Wednesday, June 7th from 10:00 am until 8:00 pm at the funeral home.
