Obituary of Patsy Sanchez Havner

Patsy Sanchez Havner April 27, 1921 - February 21, 2009 Funeral services for Patsy “Bemo” Sanchez Havner, 87, of Lovington will be at 10:00 am Monday, February 23, 2009 at Kirby-Smith-Rogers Chapel. Burial will follow at Lovington Cemetery. Mrs. Havner was born on April 27, 1921 in Dexter, New Mexico. She passed away on February 21, 2009 in Lovington, New Mexico. She married Adolph Sanchez in 1937. Mrs. Havner was an excellent seamstress, she was also a caregiver. She was a clerk for many years. She is survived by two sons, Pete Galicia and wife Miriam of Vallejo, California and Arthur Sanchez and wife Lucinda of Lovington, New Mexico; two daughters, Angie Herrera of Hobbs, New Mexico and Sally Vigil of Long Beach, California; six sisters, Maxine Sosa of Dexter, New Mexico, Frances Espinoza of Lovington, New Mexico, Irma Maldonado and husband Adolph of Ruidoso, New Mexico, Rosemary Springer and husband Robert of California, Molly Ruiz of Roswell, New Mexico and Eva Aguero of Dexter, New Mexico; twenty-one grandchildren and many great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, Amalio and Francisca Sanchez; her husband, Adolph Sanchez; two sons, Adolph Sanchez and Adan Sanchez; one daughter, Amalia Sanchez; one granddaughter, Debbie Sanchez; one sister, Jane Sanchez, one great-grandson, Lawrence Arthur Juarez.
