Obituary of Manuel Valderaz

Watch the Tribute Manuel Valderaz November 04, 2010 Funeral mass for Manuel Valderaz, 79, of Lovington, will be held on Monday, November 8, 2010 at St. Thomas Catholic Church with Father Manuel Ibarra officiating. Burial will follow at Lovington Cemetery. Rosary will be held on Sunday, November 07, 2010 at 7:00 pm at Kirby-Smith-Rogers Chapel. Mr. Valderaz was born on January 9, 1931 to Geronimo and Tomasa Morales Valderaz in Slaton Texas, and passed away on November 4, 2010 in Lovington, New Mexico. Mr. Valderaz is proceeded in death by his parents, two sons Rudy and Manuel Valderaz and two brothers Ruben and Antonio Valderaz. Surviving him are two sons: Mike and wife Monique Valderaz of Hobbs, NM; Manuel Valderaz Jr. of Abilene, Texas, three daughters: Yolanda Valderaz, Penny Valderaz and Teresa and husband Javier Porras all of Lovington, NM; three brothers: Arnulfo and wife Velia Valderaz and Frank and wife Alicia Valderaz of Slaton, Texas and Ralph and wife Irma Valderaz of Lovington, two sisters: Maria and husband Pablo Najera of Lubbock, Texas and Estella and husband Lee Olivas of Hobbs, NM, 9 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren and a host of family and friends.
